Taberna "El Pilarejo"

We've been to this place and loved it. A caña costs €2.30, but the best thing is that with each caña, they give you a spectacular tapa. These aren't your typical basic tapas: they're well-made, tasty, and varied. Three or four tapas are a perfect dinner. There were three of us, we had several cañas each, we ate wonderfully, and we paid only €24 in total. The atmosphere was great, and the service was very friendly. It's not easy to pass through this town, but if you stop by, definitely come here for dinner.

We ate today at this pleasant little place, at a very pleasant little table in the shade. We ordered beer to drink, which was served in iced glasses accompanied by the corresponding tapas. These tapas were of very good quality and delicious! We also shared a plate of pork cheeks for two and asked for an egg each, and there were no problems. It was included with a small supplement included in the price of the dish. Everything was very nice! We ended up very satisfied and with excellent service! The girl who served us was super friendly and served us quickly and very attentively! If you're passing through the town, you can't leave without stopping by! P.S. If you visit the Parish, it's very easy to get there because it's just down the hill!

Traditional food at reasonable prices. They follow the guideline of including a tapa with the drink. Tapas and varied portions. All rich and quality. Good service. We ordered two portions and six drinks with their corresponding tapas for €42.5. They were very detailed when adding two tapas for my daughters with the last two drinks. Advisable.

We ordered a variety of dishes and everything was A1, one of the few places that still offer a tapa with a drink, the food was super well presented and delicious, reasonable prices and at closing time they gave us some complimentary shots, I would go back without thinking twice

We spent the weekend in the town and had tapas in this tavern, the tapas were very good and the service too. We will repeat if we return to the town. Very good quality and price. Everything delicious. Advisable. I leave photos of the tapas we tried.

A perfect experience at La Taberna El Pilarejo. The food was delicious, with a homemade flavor evident in every dish. Without a doubt, a place I will return to and one I 100% recommend.

A highly recommended place to enjoy gastronomy in a warm and authentic atmosphere. Without a doubt, when I return to Baños de la Encina I will return to Taberna El Pilarejo, because it is captivating due to its food, its people and the good atmosphere.

What a great tavern to eat at. The food was excellent, the service excellent and very fast. All the people in this town deserve our recognition and gratitude. And this hardworking and friendly tavern owner even more so.

A good place for lunch or dinner, with half or full portions, good quality, quantity, and price. The terrace is a quiet spot, and the service is excellent. For every drink you order, they give you a very good tapa. I highly recommend it.
